Clarke Energy is about to celebrates its first year of partnership with Westfield Health- the healthcare scheme available to all UK employees.
As parts of a review of its benefits package late in 2011, Clarke Energy decided to offer employees membership of Westfield Health. This scheme allows members to claim back the cost of dental and optical treatment along with therapies such as physio and oesteopathy. Furthermore, the scheme has capacity for private consultations and scans (MRI, CT and PET) to ensure a speedy diagnosis.
Rachael Fishwick, HR Officer at Clarke Energy says:
“We are delighted with the number of employees who have joined the scheme. Westfield Health are continually reviewing their package and this year alone we have seen the addition of a 2nd opinion service for those who are not happy with their GP, plus the Westfield Rewards programme. We hope that this benefit assists employees with the rising cost of day to day healthcare”.
